As both Redknee and Orga Systems’ product lines support the monetization of today’s business models, the acquisition is a natural fit.
Redknee will benefit from a number of synergies with its flagship product Redknee Unified, while being able to leverage Orga Systems’ order management and product catalog solutions.
This acquisition strategically expands Redknee’s customer and product footprint in the telco and IoT markets, strengthening the organizations commitment to simplifying the monetization of converged services and content in the new digital economy.
From this acquisition, Redknee will acquire more than 45 reputable clients from the communications sector and other vertical markets. These clients include America Movile, Life:) Ukraine, Telecom Italia, Telia Sonera, Meralco Philippines and Deutsche Bahn NETZE.
When the acquisition closes, currently anticipated to occur in the fourth quarter of the 2015 fiscal year, Redknee will increased capabilities and presence in a number of locations across Europe, South East Asia, Central and Latin America, CIS, the Middle East and North Africa.
The acquisition further confirms Redknee’s positon as the leading independent provider of choice for real-time monetization and subscriber management software.
