Arkadin, a global provider of cloud communication services and an NTT company has today announced the appointment of Mark Alexander as Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
From today, Alexander will succeed the departing Didier Jaubert as CEO of the company. With 9 years at Arkadin, he most recently held the position of Chief Operating Officer and acting Chief Technology & Information Officer.
As CEO, Alexander will be responsible for the operational management of Arkadin. He will oversee the strategic evolution of Arkadin’s world-class suite of cloud communication solutions, to strengthen its position as a major player in cloud-based Unified Communications and Collaboration services and enable digital workplace transformation for customers globally.

A Cloud Communications and Internet veteran known for an energetic, results-oriented leadership style, Alexander was formerly EVP Sales & Marketing for PGi and previously held many senior leadership positions in the Webhosting and Cloud Communications industries.
