Leeds-based developer of customer experience solutions CCBox has expanded its team with the appointment of a talented business development manager.
Bringing along years of experience driving new product development and enhancements, Jon Zoltie joins the team to work on several projects centred around the company’s CCBox Aloha product.
In addition, he will be responsible for dealing with increased demand for the packaged solution through the partner network, whilst also owning the future of the product in terms of enhancement and upgrades.
CCbox Aloha is package built for contact centres by experts at Brightcloud Group and was designed to give end-users the functions and features they need to operate a contact centre at optimum efficiency, whilst removing the product disinformation seen with similar products that add clutter rather than true business benefits.
Each package within CCBox Aloha brings simplicity to the vast number of product concepts around performance, compliance, analysis, forecasting, measuring, insight and efficiency. The increased demand for these services has allowed BrightCloud Group to launch CCBox as its own entity.
BrightCloud Group was established in 2011 with the aim of designing, delivering and supporting specialist Cisco contact centre platforms. Their multi-disciplined, technical experts collaborate with partners and clients to ensure that together they deliver the best state-of-the-art customer experience and engagement solutions possible.
Jon’s appointment is the third appointment in the last six months and highlights the Brightcloud’s impressive growth over the last year.
Prior to his appointment, Jon held a number of business development and account management roles as well as spending time as a sector manager in the fleet risk industry, providing products, services and SaaS.
Passionate about working for a tech-focused company, Jon decided to join CCBox because of their high-quality IT and communications services and their dedication to clients.
