The 20th anniversary edition of Carriers World, organised by Total Telecom, stood out as the place to meet if you were interested in the future of the capacity market. Hundreds of senior and strategic executives attended to listen to and engage with outstanding speakers from the worlds leading wholesalers and their partners as together they mapped out the challenges facing the sector.

The two day event started with a lively keynote panel featuring Daniel Kurgan, Chief Executive Officer, BICS; Eduardo Guardincerri, CMO, Telefónica Business Solutions; Tom Homer, Managing Director EMEA, Telstra Global Enterprise & Services; and Timothy Passingham, VP Wholesale, Colt Technology Services who threw out the challenge that the traditional name #wholesale needs to change.

At the end of day 1, a huge crowd gathered in the London sunshine at the rooftop bar of Tom’s Kitchen to see the Carriers World Awards winners named, before returning to the conference on day 2 which brought in this years’ IPX Summit.
