Cisco Systems has verified that the iCall Suite Call Recording platform from Tollring, a member of the Cisco Solution Partner Program, has been awarded compatibility status with Cisco BroadWorks.
Tollring is a global provider of cloud call recording and analytics for Cisco BroadWorks. The Call Recording component within iCall Suite enables users to capture, process, and display call recordings for customers to play back and evaluate recordings, adhere to regulatory compliance and review analytics.
Built in the cloud for the cloud, iCall Suite’s Cloud Recording has seen an 89 per cent jump in adoption during 2020 to 2021, with businesses using iCall Suite to record 24 million minutes of calls per month.
Shiv Dhillon, CTO of Tollring, says, “We are delighted to have achieved this certification. The Cisco Compatibility Certification means that our partners and their customers can be confident that our call recording technologies are fully compatible and can be integrated quickly and seamlessly with their BroadWorks implementations.
“Our products are built on three foundational pillars that assure security, compliance and ease of use. These stood up to Cisco’s rigorous quality assessments with the application passing the tests in a single attempt and within a strict time frame.”
“With Cisco Compatible status, iCall Suite’s powerful Call Recording solution for BroadWorks will be able to serve the Cisco community with insight into their business performance and customer experience, and help to facilitate regulatory compliance,” said Joseph Harsch, Director Product Management at Cisco. “With Cisco Compatibility, Tollring can verify that its solutions have been independently tested for interoperability. This provides reassurance, typically reduces integration costs, and accelerates deployment”.
Businesses are under increasing pressure to adhere to regulations such as GDPR and there is a massive push for compliance around call recording, irrespective of where staff are working. iCall Suite’s intuitive user interface with visual dashboards and wallboards makes it easy for users to access call recordings for quality monitoring, dispute resolution, staff training, and customer service workflow analysis.
iCall Suite’s Call Recording platform communicates with Cisco BroadWorks over the Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) interface and conforms to the SIP Recording (SIPREC) standard. For more information on its Cisco Compatibility status visit https://developer.cisco.com/ecosystem/spp/solutions/183895/
