Press Release
Commit, the leading global tech services company focused on custom software and IoT solutions, today named Nathan Cayzer as the new Chief Customer Officer. The new role was created to support rapidly rising demand for Commit’s services across North America, as well as the implementation of innovative new staffing solutions to quickly source premium tech talent on demand.
Since Commit’s expansion into North America earlier this year, the company has increased its client base in the region by six times. As Chief Customer Officer, Cayzer will oversee this expanding client portfolio in North America, ensuring strategic growth and accountability across the company’s broadening international footprint.
In addition to increasing Commit’s customer base, Cayzer will oversee the delivery of services, establish and lead a team of client partners and optimize Commit’s growing talent pool of more than 600 multi-disciplinary experts. He will also serve as a critical link for cultural alignment at a global level, and will manage the international rollout of Commit’s new and innovative team-building offerings.
“The pace and cost of innovation has never been higher. Commit’s ability to offset these costs without comprising quality puts us in a unique position, and as a result, our North American customer base has grown substantially in the last year,” said Max Nirenberg, Chief Revenue Officer and Managing Director of Commit USA. “Nathan’s extensive international experience in the software market along with his customer-centric approach make him ideal for this new role.”
Founded in 2005, Commit is Israel’s leading tech R&D and software development firm, offering a comprehensive range of engineering capabilities and resources to design and deliver any project on time, on budget and with superior quality.
Commit’s proprietary Flexible R&D methodology helps transform its startup clients’ technology visions into high-quality products, reducing costs by over 40% and resulting in 90% of projects released ahead of schedule. The company specializes in a range of advanced technologies and applications for multiple industries including Fintech, Medtech, Martech, IoT, consumer goods and more.
“Hiring and retaining top-notch tech talent has never been more challenging. Costs are increasing at an alarming rate, particularly in the U.S., creating an urgent need for Commit’s services and the ability to effectively source talent from a global pool,” said Nathan Cayzer, Commit’s Chief Customer Officer. “To ensure success, organizations need to rethink how they build tech teams that can scale. Adaptability and flexibility are key to successful staffing, which is at the core of what Commit delivers.”
To date, Commit has led nearly 1,200 software development projects for more than 1,000 organizations around the world. Its customers range from early-stage startups to international brands including IBM, Salesforce, Citi, Taboola, JFrog and many others.
Cayzer brings over 20 years of experience in the international software market across multiple verticals. He previously managed the delivery of Commit’s Israel software division, where he oversaw dozens of clients simultaneously and built an intimate knowledge of Commit’s tech R&D talent pool, delivery processes, and international clientele. He specializes in bridging the gap between the business-oriented needs of customers and the implementation realities of software engineers.
