Total Telecom and Zenith Choice today announce the first Culture Change Award for telecom operators and service providers will be presented at the 2019 World Communication Awards.

As more and more companies are recognising the progress in digital transformation requires a shift in company culture, this new award demonstrates that success on this path directly correlates with business performance.

The Culture Change Award will recognise the organisations that are best progressing in transforming cultural attitudes throughout their business, based on a study conducted by the culture change experts at Zenith Choice.

Janet Watkin, Managing Director of Zenith Choice said "As employees embrace the changes required by their organisations, they continually add value – creating an amazing customer experience. To do this, employees need to be empowered and valued in return. It’s all about Trust."

Zenith Choice have developed a measure, using game theory, to test whether an organisation embraces a customer-centric focus, in all areas, during transformation to a service culture. This is used to determine the winner of the Culture Change Award

The new award is free to enter, the only criteria to have your entry accepted is your pledge to have a sample of employees play a simple and fun game called “Tiger Twist”, taking about 15 minutes to generate the required data.
The game will be open from mid-July to end-Aug.

The short-list will be announced by Total Telecom in September. The winner will be presented with a trophy at the World Communication Awards, the prestigious black-tie dinner and awards ceremony held in London on 30th October 2019.
