At Gigabit Access 2017 Greenlee Communications displayed their recently launched G.Fast solution. Total Telecom TV caught up with Director of Product Management and Marketing Jason Byrne to hear about their new solution which adds to their existing portfolio of xDSL, fibre, copper and wireless products. Jason also spoke about the challenges telcos are facing in meeting booming bandwidth demand and how emerging technologies like VR and AR are going to bring with them new problems, as well as how emerging technologies like G.Fast are enabling operators to deliver a fibre-like user experience over legacy copper networks.
