Infovista, the leader in modern network performance, today announced the appointment of Ronald Rubens to the role of Executive Vice-President Global Enterprise and member of the executive leadership team.
Rubens brings a robust customer-centric approach and distinguished track record in executive roles driving growth for innovative software and technology companies across Europe, serving global enterprise organizations. At Infovista, he will oversee the Global Enterprise business unit, responsible for the SD-WAN market segment and the Ipanema product lines.
Most recently, Rubens led the European region for Avaya, where he oversaw sales for their large customer and partner base. Prior to Avaya, he had leadership responsibilities at NEC, Fuze, and Unify for networking and unified communications solutions and drove cloud deployment models for various companies.
The appointment follows recent investments by Infovista to its Ipanema SD-WAN solution that introduced new features enabling the rapid and transparent deployment of secure, cloud-managed Hybrid WANs for enterprises. These innovations, together with zero-touch provisioning and advanced reporting capabilities, have supported Ipanema SD-WAN deployments to over 100,000 sites globally. Ipanema SD-WAN is also one of only three SD-WAN solutions to achieve full MEF 3.0 SD-WAN certification.
