Zain Jordan CEO, Mr. Ahmad Hanandeh, believes telecom is still not moving into the real transformation process. In this interview filmed at the Total Telecom Congress he explains why he believes this.
Mr Hanandeh talks about the biggest challenges in lifestyle, commerce, and as the wider virtual world competes with the real world.
He discusses how the future is innovation and how they have created a spin off, Zain Innovation Campus which is is the bridge between consumers and the brand. The campus has so far attracted 95 strategic partners and conducted more than 700 activities which have been attended by 60,000+ participants.
