Ray Ferris, Managing Director Telecoms, Radius: “The timing was right to add a cloud telephony product to our portfolio. We chose NFON as we really liked their product, people and its pan-European reach.”

"The market for cloud telephony has been power-charged over the last year, as businesses of all sizes shifted to new working models that require much more flexible communications systems,” says Jon Dailey, Channel Director of NFON UK. We are excited to be partnering with such an ambitious organisation like Radius, which has deep experience in successfully taking cutting-edge technologies to market and delighting existing and new customers with its functionality. There is great synergy between our brands and our commitment to differentiating ourselves with innovative technology and leading customer service.”

The partnership represents a huge opportunity for both NFON and Radius to drive the market growth of cloud telephony in the SME sector. Ray Ferris, adds: “We fast tracked our partnership with NFON as we wanted to start capitalising on the market need for cloud communications immediately. We see huge growth opportunities across our portfolio for customers who we can take on the journey to cloud communications, as well as new business growth segments. We are also excited by NFON’s product roadmap – it is clearly thinking ahead, and we look forward to having a voice in feature development.”
