NTT Communications, a leader in information and communications technology and Arkadin, a global provider of cloud communication services and an NTT Communications company, have today launched their UC-Connect solution. This innovative cloud-based solution is designed to meet the collaboration needs of mid-market multinational businesses.
Launched for businesses across the European market, UC-Connect combines Arkadin’s UC technology with the SD-WAN capabilities of NTT Communications, to deliver a feature-rich Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) solution. The cloud-based offering enhances business collaboration through: enterprise voice, team collaboration, video, conferencing, PSTN calling plans, a contact centre, intelligent bandwidth control and application performance and response times with application acceleration.
By combining Arkadin and NTT Communications technology into one solution, businesses can achieve scale, speed and expertise with one ICT partner throughout the UCaaS project’s lifecycle. The specialist global voice and network solution can also enable faster design for hosted telephony and network architecture, as well as efficient delivery and direct engagement.
Created specifically for multinational businesses, UC-Connect also offers agility, flexibility and improved quality of experience across two business critical systems. The solution provides an innovative SD-WAN network with NFV feature set to carry any traffic type to any destination (internet, SaaS provider, DC) through a single orchestrator.
