Post Office Telecoms has now completed the acquisition of Fuel Broadband and is today welcoming 60,000 new customers.

The seamless transition from Fuel Broadband – part of New Call Telecom – to the Post Office completed on 1st August, and our new customers will now be able to take advantage of a range of Post Office benefits, including:

> Highly competitive pricing

> Totally unlimited broadband

> UK based customer contact centre

More specifically, customers will be able to access a variety of compelling telecoms products which include unlimited ADSL broadband (up to 17Mbps), unlimited fibre broadband (up to 38Mbps or 76Mbps) and voice only home phone.

In addition, we are continuing to invest in our customer service teams in Preston, Lancashire and Selkirk, Scotland to enhance our customer experience.

The investment in making our services better for customers, along with the acquisition, highlights that Telecoms is a vital and growing part of the Post Office, as we continue our transformation into a sustainable and relevant business for UK communities.
