Bill Crank, CEO of Clearspan Cloud and formerly of Dialogic, has been appointed as Chairman of Welsh tech scaleup RWG
RWG is a growing Welsh service provider, operating an all-Wales mobile network and offering low-cost broadband connectivity that leaves nobody behind.
Mr Crank comes with more than 30 years of service in the telecoms and communications industry. As President and CEO of Clearspan Cloud and formerly of Dialogic, he has experience in guiding strategy for growth in the Unified Communications and Wireless Telecommunications space, including taking companies from public to private and private to public ownership structures.
Mr Crank said of his appointment, “I couldn’t be more pleased to be joining the RWG Team at this time as our industry hits a critical crossroads in Service Providers providing new and exciting customised Digital Health solutions that can be more robust by integrating them with communications platform solutions and leveraging the power of delivery via secure wireless technologies.”
Bill’s appointment comes as RWG expands their unique Health-Platform-as-a-Service (HPaaS) offering, iCare, which enables caring organisations to collaborate remotely with the cared-for and their families, providing support while monitoring health and well-being.
