Total Telecom are delighted to announce the first speakers for Gigabit Copper 2016.

Returning for its second year, this promises to be the definitive event for the copper extension technology market, with interest having exploded in the past 12 months. The major focus will be on G.fast but there will also be extensive presence for the alternative technologies, as well as discu ssion of how copper and fibre co-exist, not just compete.

> Carsten Bryder, CTO at TDC will explore how to design successful business models that incorporate copper extension technologies and how they can form part of longer-term fibre business models.
> Alexandre Fonseca, CTO at Portugal Telecom will present the case for fibre investment now from the perspective of an operator that is leading the way on deploying FTTH in Europe.
