TDC on Wednesday appointed Stig Pastwa as chief financial officer, taking on the role that was vacated when Pernille Erenbjerg stepped up to become CEO.
Pastwa will join the Danish incumbent from Nordic insurer Codan/Trygg-Hansa, where he also served as CFO. He has also held the CFO role at Danish train operator DSB, and also served as acting CEO there for five months.
"Stig Pastwa will take up the appointment as soon as possible and no later than June 2016," said TDC, in a statement.
His appointment comes almost exactly four months after Pernille Erenbjerg was named as TDC’s new chief executive.
At the time, she agreed to continue to serve as the telco’s CFO until a replacement was found.
Erenbjerg replaced Carsten Dilling, who served as TDC’s CEO for three years, having joined the company as chief operating officer in mid-2007.
