PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia International (Telin) announced the opening of a new representative office (RO) in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This new opening marks Telin’s eleventh international office. The company has previously established representative offices in Singapore, Hong Kong, Dili, Sydney, Wellington, Kuala Lumpur, Los Angeles, Taipei, and Yangon.
The new office reflects Telin’s intent to expand its operations in the Middle East and grow its global presence, strengthening the company’s position as a preferred partner of choice to carriers, hyperscalers, and global enterprises. As a strategically located gateway to the Middle East and Africa, Dubai is currently the fastest growing business hub in the world and has the potential to become a major hub in the near future.
Drawing on the company’s resources and professional experience, Telin aims to fully serve current and prospective customers and partners in the Region.

Opening a representative office in Dubai will further strengthen our service capabilities in the fast-growing market of the Regional Rest of Asia, Africa & Middle East (ROAM). It’s critical that we come closer to the customer and partner to service them most effectively," said Telin CEO Budi Satria Dharma Purba.

To mark the inauguration of Telin’s representative office in Dubai, a symbolic placard signing ceremony was signed by Telkom CEO Wholesale and International Business Bogi Witjaksono. Witnessing the event was the Consul General of the Republic of Indonesia in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, Mr. K. Candra Negara, Telin Chief Executive Officer Budi Satria Dharma Purba, Telin Chief Commercial Officer, Kharisma, Director Business Development Dubai Internet City, Faisal Mahmood, and Telin EVP Governance and Compliance Group G.E. Dhany Widjajanta.
The representative office is located at Dubai Internet City (DIC), 25 kilometers south of downtown Dubai city, on Sheikh Zayed Road between Dubai and Abu Dhabi. DIC, the Middle East and North Africa’s largest information and communications technology hub, has been created and designed specifically to support information and communications technology (ICT) companies.
