The operational track, debuting in at this year’s event, will focus on best practices in submarine cable installation as well as exploring innovations in cable maintenance and the impact of changing models of marine cable maintenance on network resilience.

Furthermore, across three keynote sessions, speakers will be exploring the big picture for the EMEA and global submarine cable industry looking at the current state of affairs, recent industry developments, strategies for building the networks of the future and the outlook for the industry over the next 5 years.

Attendees can also enjoy 1-2-1 partnering, a networking portal, refreshment breaks, a drinks reception, speed networking and more. Due to the massive popularity of the “News in Brief”, ten-minute update presentations from cable owners and operators, and the industry-expert led roundtables at 2018’s event, 2019 attendees will be delighted to know that they are returning.
