New role supports Engage Hub’s continued expansion, providing enterprises throughout LATAM with the tools needed to digitally transform customer engagement practices
Engage Hub, the data-driven customer engagement company, has announced the appointment of Gabriel Lobitsky as the company’s new SVP Sales in Latin America (LATAM). Based in Brazil, Gabriel will be helping businesses in the region improve the customer service they provide.
With over 20 years’ experience in IT and enterprise sales, Gabriel possesses expert knowledge in E2E solutions, having previously sold services for a cross-sector of industries including Marketing & Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Asset Management, IoT and Retail and Analytics.
Gabriel’s experience in Brazil and Southern Latin America has seen him manage largescale transformation projects for retailers, banks and telecoms companies. Throughout his career, he has worked with some of the largest organisations in Brazil – including Via Varejo, Bradesco, Máquina de Vendas, CPFL, FEDEX and TIM – serving as an instrumental figurehead on strategic solutions and strategy planning.
Gabriel’s decision to join Engage Hub stems from a strong interest in helping enterprises to engage better with their customers, as well as investing in the development of businesses in new markets. Gabriel will operate across Brazil and LATAM, with a view to developing operations in Brazil and expanding into Columbia, Chile, Argentina and Mexico with a major focus on strengthening existing strategic partnerships with Vivo and MoviStar, as well as cultivating new business opportunities.

Gabriel’s official appointment will take place on 10th October with an initial focus on strengthening partnerships in the region and expanding the team on the ground across several markets.
