MLL Telecom, a leading provider of secure managed network services to the UK Public Sector, is pleased to announce two key sales appointments in line with the company’s ongoing growth strategy.

Ross Billington has joined MLL as Strategic Client Director with sales and key account management responsibility for the Midlands, Wales and EastNet, one of MLL’s largest accounts. Ross previously spent 13 years at Capita, ‘creating better outcomes’ for leading Local Authority and other regional Public Sector organisations.

He has extensive business development and key account management experience following various roles held at Capita Technology Solutions (previously Capita IT & Networks) and prior to that Synetrix, as well as specialist knowledge of complex sales opportunities involving IT services, service architecture and managed services.

David Porter has joined MLL as Business Development Manager where his remit now includes managing and growing business opportunities within the NHS. With an extensive sales career in Networks and Telecoms in companies such as Ericsson, Vodafone, Capita and Cisco, David was most recently responsible for the management and growth of key accounts at Redcentric, including the NHS & Public Sector in the South, Central & West UK Region.

He has a track record for delivering growth through account management and new customer acquisition in medium and large Enterprise, Public Sector, Health, Blue Light, National Critical Infrastructure and Education verticals.
