Mpirical Launch New Training Package for Commercial Telecoms Teams
This week, UK-based telecommunications training company, Mpirical, launched a new line of online training called the Commercial Telecoms for Business Package. Developed exclusively for non-technical professionals within the telecoms industry, it provides unique skills training for customer-facing and commercial teams.
The cornerstone of this new suite of training is NetXplore – a state-of-the-art learning application that immerses the user into a 3D virtual world of telecommunications networks. Inside NetXplore, users can watch narrated animations detailing how 5G connectivity powers use cases such as autonomous vehicles, drones, and even smart waste and recycling bins.
The package also comprises foundational telecoms training courses including “Introduction to Telecommunications Networks,” “2G-5G Mobile Networks” and a “Mini MBA in Telecoms,” among others.
The decision to create a commercial package comes in response to a recent rise in demand for technology training that can be delivered across marketing, retail, sales, customer support, accounting, and administrative teams within telecoms organizations. Commenting on the importance of providing comprehensive training to all telecoms professionals is Mpirical Director, Graeme Green:
