The acquisition will allow Versature to accelerate its expansion in Canada, recruit additional top talent and spur the development of innovative call, voice-centric and unified communication technology solutions.
Versature, offers a SaaS-based business VoIP service, Call Data Analytics solutions, and integrations with leading SaaS tools such as Salesforce, Slack and Google Chrome. Net2phone is a VoIP and cloud-based communication products and service company, and the 4th largest provider in the world. Originally founded in the US, it is a subsidiary of IDT Corporation (NYSE: IDT) and has been in the market for more than 20 years.
The acquisition will allow net2phone to continue its international growth, while Versature – named one of Canada’s fastest growing companies by Growth 500 – can further spur its expansion in the country.
