SquareTrade, the global insurtech provider, today announced that it has partnered with Dutch retailer, Phone House, to offer mobile device insurance plans to its customers. The new service, launched today, will see Phone House customers benefit from a flexible insurance policy that aims to remove the hassle typically associated with insurance claims.
Phone House customers who opt for a phone protection plan powered by SquareTrade will benefit from the following:
Next-day replacement service: customers can trade in their broken device for an overnight replacement, anywhere in the EU
Mail-in repair: customers can mail their broken phone to a SquareTrade-certified repair centre where it will be fixed and returned within two working days
Hassle-free online claims: customers can file claims in minutes, with the majority of claims approved instantly
Worldwide mobile device insurance coverage
Possibility to file up to two claims per 12-month period
