WeDo Technologies, a worldwide leader in revenue assurance and fraud management, is pleased to announce that it has appointed Thomas Steagall as the new VP/General Manager for North America and the Caribbean. This appointment reinforces WeDo Technologies’ strategy to expand its market share in the region.

Mr Steagall brings more than 18 years’ experience leading high performing teams providing OSS/BSS consulting and system integration services to telecom operators across CALA, Europe and North America. In his role as VP/GM for North America and the Caribbean, Mr Steagall will be charged with building on WeDo Technologies’ accelerating momentum by acquiring new clients and supporting their growth strategies.

Prior to joining WeDo Technologies, Mr Steagall was previously at Ericsson where he was
VP- Head of IT/Cloud and Media for a large customer unit in LATAM and Head of Business Consulting, US and Canada. He was also formerly Chief Solutions Architect, Global Professional Services Group at Convergys.
