Dufrain, the data consultancy, today announces its partnership with Aerial Direct, the award-winning business telecoms provider, to provide a full 360-degree view of its customer base which will improve the accuracy and depth of data to inform strategic decision making.

Aerial Direct faced a common issue seen in telecoms businesses: it has a vast amount of data, but it is all held in disparate systems which makes it impossible for the company to get a clear and accurate view of their customer base through the entire sales journey. The telecoms provider also required updates to inefficient reporting systems and advice on data governance practices within the cloud.

Dufrain has worked with Aerial Direct to build and implement a data platform, that stores all customer data in one safe, secure and compliant system.
This removes existing siloes and provides a single source of truth, enabling much more effective decision making. The solution is also built in a way that means it is fully scalable so as to accelerate Aerial Direct’s growth plans.

Following the successful implementation of a regulated, secure and scalable solution, providing a backbone for future work within the cloud, Dufrain will continue to provide Aerial Direct with an ongoing managed service arrangement to support the company when it comes to making the most of its data.
