At this years’ Connected Britain conference Roy Shelton, CEO of ITS Technology Group, took time out to talk to Total Telecom TV. He explained how the Chester based alternative network (altnet) provider now have 21 networks deployed around the UK and how they have learnt from every one.
Roy also expanded on this view that whilst he is supportive of moves to improve the UK’s fibre infrastructure, fixed wireless is vital as well as mobility is at the heart of the network.
ITS had a busy show, announcing their funding round with Maven Capital Partners, achieved with the help of merchant bank, Cameron Barney, and the appointment of Daren Baythorpe as Managing Director.
