Press Release

Snom, the globally recognised manufacturer of IP telecommunications solutions for professional use, has rewarded two of its UK distributors for their performance and support.

After enjoying its best year on record, which included a 39% increase in turnover for the UK, Snom was keen to acknowledge the important role that its partners have played in its success. This includes its network of distributors, who continue to meet reseller demands by managing stock and sharing their advanced technical knowledge on Snom’s products.

In total, 14 distributors from around the world have received awards this year, with two of those being long-standing partners from the UK. ProVu Communications Ltd has been handed a Platinum award, while Electronic Frontier Ltd has been presented with a Gold award.

The annual distributor awards recognise the outstanding sales targets achieved, as well as certain qualitative criteria. The level of technical training and support that distributors provide to resellers is taken into account, as well as the knowledge they have of Snom products and the strong relationships they have built.

Fabio Albanini, UK Head of Sales at Snom, said: “While many businesses have faced disruptions to their supply chains over the past year, we’ve adapted and continued to deliver Snom products to customers – achieving record revenues in the process. Our network of partners has played a huge role in making this happen.”

Lee Underwood, UK Channel Manager at Snom, said: “The flexibility we have been able to demonstrate in the last 12 months wouldn’t have been possible without the support of our distributors. We’re always grateful for their hard work in giving more businesses access to Snom’s technology and these awards are testament to their continued efforts.”

Darren Garland, Managing Director at ProVu, said: “Our partnership with Snom spans many years and we’ve formed some strong bonds with the UK team in that time. We are proud to have been able to contribute to this record-breaking year and we are looking forward to achieving even more this year.”
