Natalia Bochan’s mission is to develop Altitude’s market positioning in the customer experience market, put customer needs at the center of business initiatives, and execute marketing strategies to support product innovation and business growth. She will lead the company’s global integrated marketing activities, with a special focus on customer engagement, lead generation and brand awareness activities, aiming for new business development.

Natalia has a broad, international career in marketing management, market research and business intelligence experience in the Technology industry, and is passionate about customer experience. She was previously Chief Marketing Officer at Sentimer, a leading startup in the emerging field of artificial intelligence technologies for customer acquisition and service. She holds Master degrees in business administration from Fox Business School, Temple University (USA) and in international economy from KROK University (Ukraine).
